Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please. New Zealand orders are shipped via PBT Couriers.

Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 or $9.99 for orders under $150.

Express Shipping for all orders is $14.99.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:

Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).

Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.

The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.

There will be a $9.99 return fee for all online orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items, due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

We do not accept exchanges online.

I am delighted with my purchase.
Originally I had ordered a smaller size. On contacting and sharing my concerns, it was suggested that I return the coat and a larger size would replace.
The service was amazing and my replacement was in my possession in just 2 days.
