Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 or $9.99 for orders under $150.

Express Shipping for all orders is $14.99.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).

  • Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.

  • The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.

There will be a $9.99 return fee for all online orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items, due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty. 

We do not accept exchanges online.

    Beautiful warm and elegant coat.

    I received this coat to wear as the Mother of the Groom during a cold outdoor ceremony. I was looking for something very warm but elegant. This coat is perfect- it has a bit of weight to it but that's what I wanted as I know it will provide warmth. It's my favourite colour so I'll get alot of use out of it. Thatnks Natalie Angel on LMTBYB for trying it on for me.

    Stylish and classic

    I ordered this coat in store today as they didn’t have my size, oh my goodness it’s such a beautiful colour and cut, made from pure wool, such good quality, stunning with a scarf. It runs large so I sized down to xs, I tried it on with the new white cords and it’s a stunning outfit. Can’t wait for it to arrive, I will by the cords when the next voucher comes out!
