We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).

  • Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.

  • The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.

There will be a $9.99 return fee for all online orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items, due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

    Great winter jumper.

    I'm wearing this jumper now, in Antwerp and it's 15° outside. It's great with a scarf and a jacket. Woven densely enough to keep out the cold. Several people on our river cruise have commented ( favourably ) on the colour. The M size is quite roomy.
