We’re stepping into la saison de soirées in style with one of our go-to holiday cocktails! From spring to summer, the Yarra Valley is ripe with plump blueberries, le fruit parfait for a festive and refreshing twist on the classic gin and tonic.

Blueberry Gin & Tonic with Rosemary

I have to come clean and say that my son-in-law taught me this recipe, but its become a favori de la famille for the holiday season. The secret to making this cocktail pop is to use big blocks of ice, organic gin (preferably purple), and elderflower tonic.

But what truly makes this gin & tonic so special is the fresh, seasonal ingredients—the sweet blueberries from the farm pair beautifully with the earthly aroma of fresh rosemary from our garden.

The elderflower tonic also adds a lovely floral note and supports a healthy respiratory system, which is so important this time of year!

Make this cocktail at your next fête, and your friends and family will definitely be impressed!

Santé!
