FAQs
If one or more of your items are coming from different locations, your order may have been split into multiple deliveries.
No additional delivery charges will be incurred, and you will receive separate emails to confirm which items are in each parcel.
Once the relevant carrier has picked up your parcel, you will receive an email with a tracking number at the email address you provided in your order.
You can track the progress of your order in one of the following ways:
- Clicking on the provided link in the email
- Copying and pasting the tracking number into the “track order” function on the Shippit website
- Copying and pasting the tracking number into the “track order” function on the website of the relevant carrier

Shippit is the company we use to manage the couriers for all our online orders.
The couriers we use for each area are as follows:

To inform you of the progress of your order, you will receive emails from Shippit at the following stages:
- when our couriers have scanned your order
- when the order is out for delivery
- when your order has been delivered
If your order includes more than one item, these may be sent in separate parcels, and you will receive an email from Shippit for each parcel.
You can track your order here if you have a Shippit tracking ID.
Click & Collect is currently available in all Blue Illusion boutiques*:
When you select “Collect in Store” as a delivery option at the checkout, your closest Click & Collect location/s will be shown.
When your order has been processed, we will send you a “Ready for Collection” email.
*Unfortunately, you cannot click and collect from our David Jones concession stores.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe an item is faulty, is significantly different from the sample or description or has a defect or problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law (the applicable law depending on the country of purchase).
You may choose a refund, exchange, or repair if an item fails significantly.
If the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.
If an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Blue Illusion will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair.
Blue Illusion will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law (pending the country of purchase).
We accept returns for faulty or misdescribed products within a reasonable time from the date of purchase. The time may vary somewhat depending on the item.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3* business days from being placed.
