Blue Illusion offers complimentary standard shipping on Australian and New Zealand orders over $150. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however there may be small delays during promotional periods and over the weekends.

Your tracking information will be emailed to you when we dispatch your parcel and you can track this by clicking on the provided link or by pasting it into the “track order” function on the Shippit website.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe an item is faulty, is significantly different from the sample or description or has a defect or problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law (the applicable law depending on the country of purchase).

If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair.

If the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.

Where an item is damaged through your misuse or abnormal use. Blue Illusion will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Blue Illusion will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under either the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law (pending the country of purchase).

We accept returns for faulty or mis-described products, within a reasonable time from the date of purchase.  This may vary somewhat depending on the item.

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase free from your nearest Blue Illusion boutique.

We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready. 

To check that an item is available for Click & Collect select your store from the Product Details page and click on ‘Find In-Store’. Alternatively, select 'Collect in Store' at checkout and the stores available will be listed.

Click & Collect is currently available in the following Blue Illusion boutiques: Burnside (SA), Canberra Centre (ACT), Carindale (QLD), Hobart (TAS), Kotara (NSW), Merivale (NZ), Remuera (NZ), Southland (VIC), South Perth (WA) & St Ives (NSW).

Unfortunately, you are unable to click and collect from our David Jones concession stores.

Pre-order allows you to order an item before the stock arrives at our warehouse.

You can locate the expected delivery date within the product description.

Please note that the arrival date is when we expect to receive the styles in our Australian warehouse. This may be subject to change.

Once a style arrives in our warehouse we will then dispatch your pre-order as a priority.

Your order has been split so that we may ship the available items to you immediately whilst we source the other item/s on backorder from one of our Boutiques.

Please note that NO additional delivery charges will be incurred.

Shippit is the company we use for to manage our couriers for all our online orders.

The couriers we use are Australia Post and CouriersPlease.

To inform you of the progress of your order, you will receive emails from Shippit when any items in your order have been scanned by our couriers, when they are out for delivery and when they have been delivered. If you have more than one item in your order, these may come in separate parcels and you will receive emails from Shippit for each parcel.
