Thank you for shopping with Blue Illusion.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for full-price and sale items.  This 30 day requirement does not apply where the item is defective, is not what you ordered, or does not match the product description, in which case the period for returns will be extended to a reasonable period.  To be eligible for a return, the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy below must be met.

Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).

  • Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.

  • The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty. 


Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as returns for change of mind reasons will not be provided on:

  • Pierced Jewellery;
  • Beauty & Skincare products;
  • Undergarments;
  • Worn shoes;
  • Altered products;
  • Personalised items;
  • Gift Cards;
  • Face masks

*Please note that items from the Exclusion List that have been returned to Blue Illusion, will not have their refund processed and will be sent back to the customer.

All returns can be completed using our online Returns portal.

Submitting your return

Step 1: Click here to start the return process.

Step 2: Enter your order number and email address.

Step 3: Add the item(s) you want to return by clicking on the item(s). Eligible items will show as white. Ineligible items are greyed out.

Step 4: Choose the reason you are returning the item(s).

Step 5: Follow each of the next steps as prompted to complete the returns process.

Step 6: Pack your item(s) with tags still attached and fix the Reply Paid label to the parcel and take it to any Australian Post Office (for orders placed within Australia) or New Zealand Post Office (for orders placed within New Zealand).

Please keep your return reference number as this can be used to track your return via Australia Post.

Returned items are shipped to our warehouse via standard mail, with a potential delivery time of up to 7 days contingent on the carriers schedule. 

Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, we will process the refund within 24-48 hours. 

You will receive an email notification once we initiate the refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. 

It's important to acknowledge that during periods of heightened retail activity, Australia Post experiences heightened volume, possibly resulting in delays.

You can return or exchange your online purchase in person along with the presentation of your tax invoice at any Blue Illusion boutique.

Please note online purchases made using Afterpay, Klarna, Laybuy (NZ) or PayPal must be returned to our online warehouse, as stores are unable to process these payment methods.
