Follow the steps below on how to create an online return:

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

- You can provide satisfactory proof of purchase (order number, original tax invoice).

- The item is unworn, unwashed, or unused with all original tags attached and sealed in packaging ( where relevant).

- The item is not Final Sale/Outlet

-The item is not part of our Exclusion List*


Please note that a $9.99 return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund. Purchases made online but returned in-store will not incur the $9.99 label fee.
Purchases made online using credit card can be returned via our online portal or in a Blue Illusion Boutique within the country of purchase. Online purchases using Afterpay, Klarna or PayPal must be returned via our online portal.

Purchases made in a Blue Illusion Boutique can be refunded or exchanged within a Blue Illusion boutique within the country of purchase.

Purchases made in a David Jones concession can only be returned to a David Jones store within the country of purchase.

Purchases made through the Myer website can only be returned to a Myer store in the country of purchase or processed in line with Myer’s returns and exchange policy.

Purchases made through our online store can be returned via post using our online returns portal or to a Blue Illusion Boutique* in the country of purchase and using the original payment method.

*Please note boutiques can only accept online returns for purchases made using credit card.

Purchases made in a Blue Illusion boutique can only be returned to a Blue Illusion boutique. We cannot accept returns of in store purchases through our online returns portal.

Purchases made in a David Jones concession can only be returned to a David Jones store. We cannot accept returns of David Jones concession purchases to one of our boutiques or via our online returns portal.

Returns lodged through our online portal and returned via mail will incur a postage fee of $9.99.

This charge will be shown on the portal process’s review page and deducted from the final refund amount.

Please note that if multiple items from the same order are returned at separate times or various items from different orders are returned simultaneously, each one will incur the $9.99 postage fee.

Any allowable item (as per our Returns Policy) purchased through blueillusion.com can be returned free of charge at any of our Blue Illusion Boutiques within the country of purchase. Proof of ID must be presented to the store, and the refund must be made using the original payment method.

Both online and in-store returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

All online orders must be returned using our online portal or in a Blue Illusion Boutique.

Yes. Orders made through blueillusion.com using credit card can be returned at any Blue Illusion Boutique* within the country of purchase. Proof of ID must be presented in-store, and the refund must be made using the original payment method.

Orders paid for using Afterpay, PayPal or Klarna cannot be processed in-store and must only be returned using our online portal.

*Online orders cannot be returned to any David Jones Concession store.

While we do not offer exchanges for online orders via post, we can process an exchange in any Blue Illusion boutique within the country of purchase. Note: The item must meet eligibility criteria as found within our returns policy.

All full-price and some sale items can be returned.

Returned items are shipped to our warehouse via standard post, with a potential delivery time of up to 7 days, contingent on the carrier’s schedule. Once the item/s has been received and reviewed, we will process the refund within 24-48 hours.

You will receive an email notification once we initiate the refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

It’s important to acknowledge that during periods of heightened retail activity, Australia Post experiences heightened volume, possibly resulting in delays.

ReturnGO processes the shipping fee when a customer prints the return label to efficiently manage your return and refund. For example, if an item was purchased for $159.99 and a decision was made to return it via post, the refund received would be $150.00.

ReturnGO is an online portal that is used to process online returns. We have a how-to guide and all instructions on our website at blueillusion.com/pages/returns-exchanges.
Otherwise, you can follow these steps to process your return:

Step 1: Visit https://blueillusion.com/a/service to start the return process.

Step 2: In the boxes provided, enter your 6 digit order number (you will find this on your confirmation email or receipt) and the email address, postcode or phone number you provided at the checkout. If you cannot see this, contact us at shop@blueillusion.com.

Step 3: Click on the item(s) you want to return and tell us why you wish to return them by selecting from the options listed.

Step 4: Review item(s) you would like to return in the return summary page and submit the return request.  Download the return label to post your item(s) back to us.

Step 5: Attach the return label to your return parcel and post the parcel at your newest post office or post box. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Et, voila!

The most likely reasons for a return not being possible within ReturnGO are that the item is considered a ‘final sale’ or the item was purchased outside the return window (30 days post-purchase).

Outlet and final sale items can only be returned as 'faulty' or 'incorrect item'.

No. Any item deemed to be faulty or damaged will have the shipping fee waived once the item(s) is assessed by customer service team. ReturnGO requires an image showing the damage of the item to be uploaded onto the portal.

Our customer service team will then assess the fault / damage.

If the item is deemed “faulty” you will receive an email with your prepaid label to post the item back to us.

If there is no fault found, the request will be rejected and our customer service team will contact you with further information.

These items can also be returned or exchanged in Blue Illusion boutique free of charge with proof of purchase.

Please use the returns portal to select the item you did not receive and upload an image of the item you did receive. Our customer service team will reach out to organise a replacement or a refund free of charge.

Alternatively, you can get in touch with us at shop@blueillusion.com or by phone at
1800 208 205 to organise the delivery of the correct item and a free return of
the incorrect one.

Please use the returns portal to select the item(s) you did not receive and upload an image of the item(s) you did receive. Our customer service team will reach out to organise a replacement or a refund.

1800 208 205 to organise the delivery of the correct order and a free return of
the incorrect one.

If you do not own a printer, take a screenshot of the return label and bring it to your nearest Post Office. They can then print the label for you.

Our official resale website, Blue Illusion Encore, can be used to sell pre-loved items that are outside the returns window.
