Kir Royal

Originating in Burgundy and named after Canon Félix Kir, this elegant cocktail combines Crème de Cassis and Champagne. Traditionally served as an apéritif before a meal, it remains one of France's most beloved champagne cocktails.

Ingrédients

- Champagne

- Crème de Cassis, this is a delicious blackcurrant liqueur

- Fresh raspberries to garnish

Préparation

Add a small splash of crème de cassis to each flute, a little really does go a long way with this liqueur.

Fill each flute with bubbles, chilled of course! Then garnish with a few raspberries.
