When mothers and daughters come together, there is a powerful light that shines beyond the flash of the camera lens. Such as the case of our photoshoot with model Samantha Harris and Mum Myrna Davison, who so graciously modelled our new Shanai Kellett scarf and beaded bag for World Vision Australia - a very special cause that is close to our hearts. A mission that also binds this mother/daughter duo together so strongly - in unity and in closeness - proudly featured in this month’s issue ofHarper’s Bazaar.
This is all due of course; to our new dream collaboration for World Vision – featuring a beautifully crafted beaded bag and premium silk scarf designed by Indigenous Australian artist Shanai Kellett entitled, , ‘Colours of Country’, and modelled by none other than World Vision Ambassador and Indigenous model Samantha Harris.

Including a second scarf entitled, ‘Coral Coast Moonlight’, these luxurious gifts are beautifully presented in a box that tells the story of the artwork, as well as the artist, Shanai Kellett. Where 7% of sales for our Shanai Kellett exclusive scarf and beaded bag will go to World Vision Australia’s First Nations programs.
Fashionable pieces, that Samantha Harris proudly states, spark joy in her heart. “These Shanai Kellett scarves and handbag are part of my heritage. It’s culture. It’s history. I’m very proud to be part of this campaign, and even prouder to be shooting it with my mum.”

To add another tier of momentum to this ever-empowering cause, we also invited model Samantha Harris and her mum, Myrna Davison into our studio for a little surprise. It was to shoot our glorious Mother’s Day campaign, where they prominently featured throughout our L’amour de la mère Mother’s Day gift guide wearing our luxe array of knitwear and winter woollies – such as our cashmere cable knits, and floral woollen jumpers in a mélange of brights, florals and neutrals.
