COLLABORATING FOR A CAUSE

When a dream comes to life, the world is a better place. This year, we are thrilled to announce our 2nd dream collaboration with Yorta Yorta/Juru artist Shanai Kellett that will continue to raise money for First Nations communities.

Shanai's premium silk scarves and beaded handbag featuring her Colours of Country or Coral Coast Moonlight prints are now available exclusively in our Blue Illusion boutiques.

Both come beautifully packaged in a gift box that tells the story of the artwork as well as of the artist herself.  Each purchase of this product will see 7% of proceeds donated to support First Nation’s communities in need through World Vision.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Shanai Kellett is a proud Yorta Yorta/Juru decedent living on Boon Wurrung/Bunurong Country. Growing up in an artistic family, Shanai learnt about traditional Indigenous art processes through her artist mother and over time cultivated her own unique craft, infusing traditional dot work with colour. Kellett draws on the symbols of Country, her Grandparent’s Country and through her work aims to create a dialogue in which Indigenous and non-Indigenous people can continue to reconcile in harmony with one another.
