Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 or $9.99 for orders under $150.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).

  • Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.

  • The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.

There will be a $9.99 return fee for all online orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items, due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

    Great buy

    I bought this jumper on Sale. It is very comfy and the cotton and cashmere blend make it soft and cosy. A great buy. Please bring out some more colours. I do love this colour as it goes with a wide range of pants and skirts.
