Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please. New Zealand orders are shipped via PBT Couriers.
Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 or $9.99 for orders under $150.
Express Shipping for all orders is $14.99.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:
- Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).
- Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.
- The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.
There will be a $9.99 return fee for all online orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items, due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

I have three pairs of these bengajeans which have been perfect. Unfortunately, with this pair, the elasticised waist is overly large, and it appears the elastic has either perished and lacks any stretch or has been measured incorrectly when sewn into the waist placket. Consequently, the fit is extremely poor. I am very disappointed. As this is a sale/ outlet item, it is non-returnable or refundable. Which I accepted at the time of purchase. I expected a quality item such as with my previous purchases.
