We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:
- Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).
- Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.
- The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.
There will be a $9.99 return fee for all online orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items, due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

I bought this design in a lovely print last year and it worked beautifully as a rain coat during the warmer months thus Size Medium was perfect. Attracted by the Tobacco/Black combo, but with NZ spring weather in mind, I went up to a Large to accommodate layers/jumper under for the colder weather. I suggest it does run a little on the large size. This garment is by far Blue Illusion's best offer and there are many!! Just love it.
