Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please. New Zealand orders are shipped via PBT Couriers.
Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 or $9.99 for orders under $150.
Express Shipping for all orders is $14.99.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:
- Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).
- Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.
- The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.
There will be a $9.99 return fee for all online orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items, due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

Great jeans, very comfortable, can be worn casually or dress them up for a different look. I have been buying these jeans for about 10 years. The elasticated waist covers your stomach and is very flattering.
Fabulous for taking on holiday, pack, wear, wash, no need for ironing as they are a skinny leg with lots of stretch. I would say they are probably my favourite product from Blue Illusions.

Love the pant however it’s a slightly big compared to other medium size that I got, still happy with the pant as it gives me more room to move.
