We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on full-price and sale items, provided you have the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number and original tax invoice).

  • Garment/s are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still attached.

  • The item must not be an item listed on the exclusions listed below.

There will be a $9.99 return fee for all online orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale/Clearance/Outlet items, due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

    Beautiful warm and elegant coat.

    I received this coat to wear as the Mother of the Groom during a cold outdoor ceremony. I was looking for something very warm but elegant. This coat is perfect- it has a bit of weight to it but that's what I wanted as I know it will provide warmth. It's my favourite colour so I'll get alot of use out of it. Thatnks Natalie Angel on LMTBYB for trying it on for me.

    My new favourite coat

    I was so pleased to find a quality, well cut pure Australian wool coat, wonderfully soft, non scratchy fabric in a beautiful shade of blue. This year most of the other brand’s coats are not pure wool. This one is made from sustainable ethically produced Australian wool that is RSW (Responsible Wool Standards) Certified (that includes strict animal welfare practices, land management criteria and non-mulesing of sheep and the wool is trackable through the farm to fabric process). And that is very important to me. A real find, I am very pleased with this purchase, so pleased I bought the crimson coat as well, and today I ordered a wool scarf to go with each coat. Thanks Blue Illusion for my new favourites. The Woden store staff were super helpful. I usually wear size 12-14, would normally buy medium or even large, but in this style, small was a perfect fit.
